We are a consulting company with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Applications. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Experience with Visualforce, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and other Lightning platform capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic features
  • Experience using Data Loader, Workbench, and other tools
  • Knowledge on Salesforce development best practices
  • Experience in Integration and Web Services.
  • Experience in designing of Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience in writing the SOQL and SOSL queries
  • Knowledge on security model
  • Proficient in Sales and Service Cloud

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to address business issues involving CRM and sales operations
  • Effectively communicate & resolve technical issues both internally and externally
  • Provide custom solutions for specific business requirements
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs within the application
  • Develop/Manage processes to continuously monitor data quality & security
  • Develop Triggers, Classes, Batch Processes, Controllers, Visualforce Pages, LWC Components, Flows, etc. to address and improve new and existing business needs
  • Build integration & interfaces using SFDC Web Services and improving existing code and processes
  • Testing the functionality of the application

We are looking for someone who has good written and verbal communication skills, and can relate to our vision and goal.

Hands-on Experience with Salesforce development is a must. Admin and Platform Developer Certification is preferred but not required.
