We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients, understanding their marketing objectives, and leveraging the capabilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to deliver effective marketing automation strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, excellent consulting and problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve marketing success.

What you will be doing

Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, business requirements, and challenges.
Provide expert advice and consulting services on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, capabilities, and best practices.
Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to gather client requirements and define marketing automation strategies.
Design and architect Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with client objectives and deliver optimal results.
Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Personalization Builder.
Develop and implement complex customer journeys, automation workflows, email campaigns, and personalized content.
Perform data analysis and segmentation to create targeted customer segments and audience lists.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and sales teams, to ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems.
Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure the stability and reliability of marketing automation implementations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Personalization Builder.
Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience in implementing end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL for data manipulation, personalization, and segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver effective solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Email Specialist or Consultant, are highly desirable.
Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Salesforce CRM, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
