We’re hiring a Salesforce Developer for our CRM and Marketing Automation consulting firm. Seeking a creative problem-solver
to collaborate with teams on designing, developing, and maintaining applications. Must be proactive and comfortable leading

What you will be doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address CRM and sales operations challenges
• Communicate effectively to resolve technical issues internally and externally
• Provide custom solutions tailored to specific business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs promptly
• Develop and manage processes to ensure continuous monitoring of data quality and security
• Implement various Salesforce components such as Triggers, Classes, Visualforce Pages, etc., to address business needs
• Build integrations and interfaces using SFDC Web Services to enhance system functionality
• Thoroughly test application functionality to ensure reliability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development is a requirement
• Admin and Platform Developer Certification preferred, but not mandatory

Qualification

• Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and other Lightning platform capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic features
• Experience using Data Loader, Workbench, and other tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices
• Experience in Integration and Web Services
• Proficiency in designing Reports and Dashboards
• Ability to write SOQL and SOSL queries
• Understanding of Salesforce security model
• Proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud
