Surbhi Jain is an Associate Consultant at Genetrix. She is responsible for assisting in the implementation and configuration of Marketing Cloud solutions for clients. Surbhi holds expertise in setting up email templates, data extensions, subscriber lists, automation workflows, and tracking mechanisms in Marketing Cloud orgs.
