SFMC Deliverability Incident Analyzer

Your send suddenly spikes in bounces. Is it reputation, authentication, an ISP block, or bad data? Drop your _Bounce export and get a diagnosed incident report that tells you where to start.

Runs entirely on this machine. This file contains no network calls of any kind — no upload, no analytics, no external scripts or fonts. Disconnect from the internet and it still works. Your bounce export is read in the browser and never leaves it. Open the file in any text editor to verify that for yourself before you use it on customer data.

How it reads your file. Bounces are bucketed into Hard, Block, Soft and Technical from your BounceCategory / BounceType, grouped by mailbox provider from Domain, and ranked by SMTP response. Severity bands are general email-program guidance (under 2% healthy, 2–5% elevated, 5–10% high, over 10% critical), not Salesforce SLAs. Spam-complaint rate is a separate signal to check in Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS — this file measures bounces, not complaints. Field names follow the SFMC _Bounce data view; confirm against your account.
