We are a consulting company with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry, is required. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members is crucial.
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively and the ability to build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets, acquire new clients, and grow revenue. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Continuously engage with clients to identify new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
- Work closely with internal team to align on strategy.
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
We are looking for someone who can relate to our vision and goal.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required. MBA is a plus.
