Qualifications

  • Experience with data management and configuration
  • SQL for complex data segmentation
  • Experience building email templates
  • Familiar with AMPscript to create personalised and dynamic messages
  • Good understanding of third-party integrations
  • Proficient in various Studios and Builders like Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Good Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and scripting languages for building landing pages
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge on integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM via Marketing Cloud Connect
  • Experience with Sales/Service Cloud is a plus

  • Experience in Integration and Web Services
  • Experience in designing of Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience in writing the SOQL and SOSL queries
  • Knowledge on security model
  • Proficient in Sales and Service Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to address business issues involving CRM and sales operations
  • Effectively communicate & resolve technical issues both internally and externally
  • Provide custom solutions for specific business requirements
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs within the application
  • Develop/Manage processes to continuously monitor data quality & security
  • Develop Triggers, Classes, Batch Processes, Controllers, Visualforce Pages, LWC Components, Flows, etc. to address and improve new and existing business needs
  • Build integration & interfaces using SFDC Web Services and improving existing code and processes
  • Testing the functionality of the application

Sales Executive

We are a consulting company with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry, is required. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members is crucial.
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively and the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets, acquire new clients, and grow revenue. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Continuously engage with clients to identify new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
  • Work closely with internal team to align on strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required. MBA is a plus.
